The record held only the given name ISAAC. This is not an eroded carving - it is a MODERN machine-cut granite plate let into an old ledger (its neighbour p1030170 is from the same restoration series, both tombs carry white painted survey numbers) - and at 8x the four lines read cleanly: פ"נ / יצחק בן מסעוד לוגאסי / כ"ב כסלו ה'תרנ"ג / תנצבה. 22 Kislev 5653 = 11/12/1892, checked, and it matches Sebat's card exactly. THIS IS THE OLDEST DATED GRAVE IN THE BATCH. phonetic_index LGS, the established root (98 bearers). CAVEAT: the plaque is a restorer's, so לוגאסי is a modern spelling, not an 1892 carver's.
