The record was entirely blank. The foot of the plaque carries '31-5-59' in arabic numerals, legible at 8x, and Sebat's index card independently gives 31/05/1959 with 23 Iyar 5719, which converts to the same day. The NAME is still not stored: the name line is a 5-6 letter word shaped like מדינא but the plaque occupies about 4 percent of a 600x800 frame and no glyph can be certified. Sebat's card says MIDINA Mimoun. A close frame of this plaque would finish the record in one shot.
